Welcome to Two Hands Touching
After suffering muscle and joint injuries caused by several accidents, I began learning about mind-body healing. After studying several healing modailities, I developed my own, Two Hands Touching and EZ Deletion Sequence. I found them to be so helpful, and lifechanging, that I wanted to share it with as many people as want to know it. Feel free to ask questions to further your understanding. I am writing a book, and will have it for sale soon.
I work with special education students and adults with developmental disabilities. I have seen students improve their focus, performance, grades and behavior using THT.
To Do THT,
Place the palms of your hands together and close your eyes. Ask yourself quietly in your mind, “What do my hands feel like?” Then feel the answer in your hands. Don’t try to name the feelings, don’t try to think or not think, just feel your hands. Do this until you feel a sense of peace in your heart. Your body will feel relaxed. Do this for at least 30 seconds and up to as long as you like. Do this as often as you think of it and every time you need it for stress, fears, obsessive thoughts, hiccups, headaches, depression, ADHD, PTSD, etc… Try it for everything. Expect nothing.
